Job Title: Store Manager Large Format Retail

Location: Delhi / Mumbai / Bangalore / Hyderabad

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Store Manager to lead operations of a large-format premium retail store. The role requires strong business acumen, people leadership, and a customer-first mindset. Candidates from premium retail brands or QSR backgrounds with exposure to high footfall and service excellence are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Own complete store P&L;, sales targets, KPIs, and profitability

- Drive top-line growth through effective sales planning, VM execution, and customer engagement

- Lead, train, and motivate store teams to deliver exceptional customer experience

- Ensure smooth store operations, including inventory management, shrinkage control, and SOP compliance

- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising, hygiene, and brand presentation

- Analyze store performance, prepare reports,



and implement action plans

- Handle customer escalations and ensure service recovery

- Coordinate with central teams (HR, VM, Supply Chain) for seamless operations

Desired Candidate Profile

- 3+ years of experience as a Store Manager in large-format or premium retail

- Open to candidates from Premium Brands / QSR / Apparel / Footwear / Watches / Accessories

- Robust team leadership and people management skills

- Proven ability to manage high footfall and large teams

- Excellent communication and customer handling skills

- Hands-on, result-oriented, and detail-focused.
