Qualification & Experience

- We are looking forward to onboard bright and enthusiastic freshers University Graduates/PG/ BBA / MBA etc. to join our team (English Spoken/Written Communication is must).
- You should be in the age group of 21-25 years, willing to work in Delhi/NCR region and other parts of India. We would like to train/ groom and nurture the future Managers and make you an advance hi-tech marketing professional.

Key Responsibilities:

- Understand our product offerings, technical modules, and value proposition in depth.




- Identify and connect with potential schools and educational institutions across regions.
- Conduct engaging product demos and presentations (both virtual and in-person).
- Develop strategies to meet sales targets and expand market presence.
- Coordinate with internal teams for proposals, quotations, and implementation support.
- Track leads and maintain structured follow-ups using CRM tools.
- The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end sales from pitching to Principals and School owners, giving product demos, and driving closures, to maintaining strong relationships for renewals and referrals.
- To promote & sell the Gladwin range of IFPs & Collaborations Solutions of Hi-tech Electronics & AV products to educational sector / R&D; institutions / Universities / Medical / Eng. Colleges / Govt. Sector / Corporate sector.
- CTC includes salary / variable income components / perks / PF etc. Salary Package to the Exp. candidates min (0-3yrs) will starts from Rs. 3.0 - 08 lacs PA, depending on your candidature / experience.
