Experience: 2 - 5 years

Requirement:

2. Proficiency in operating production machinery and tools.
3. Strong problem - solving skills and ability to work independently.
4. Basic computer skills and familiarity with production software.
5. Good communication and leadership abilities.
6. Expertise in production processes, equipment, and safety protocols.
7. Familiarity with production management software and data analysis tools.
8. Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Location: Janakpuri, Delhi

Responsibilities:

1. Operate and maintain production equipment,



ensuring optimal performance.
2. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to machinery, equipment, or processes.
3. Monitor production schedules and ensure timelines are met.
4. Train and mentor entry - level team members on equipment and procedures.
5. Conduct quality control checks and report defects or inconsistencies.
6. Communicate production updates, challenges, and recommendations to stakeholders.
7. Identify opportunities for process improvements and report recommendations.
8. Collaborate with management to implement new processes, tools, or technologies.
