Role Summary

Drive Project Sales of Tile Adhesives & Epoxy Grout by identifying and securing key projects, building relationships with builders, contractors, architects, consultants, and influencers, and achieving sales targets in the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate and convert project sales opportunities.
- Build relationships with builders, contractors, architects, consultants, and applicators.
- Achieve sales targets and expand market presence.
- Identify recent projects and monitor market trends.
- Coordinate with internal teams for timely order execution and customer satisfaction.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Graduate (MBA preferred).
- 48 years of experience in Project Sales of Tile Adhesives, Construction Chemicals, Ceramics, Building Materials, or Paints.
- Strong network with project stakeholders in the Delhi market.
- Good communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
