We are hiring an experienced Test Lead with strong expertise in the Payments domain to lead end-to-end QA strategy and execution for a high-scale payment platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead QA strategy, test planning, and execution across multiple teams/PODs.
- Validate end-to-end payment workflows: Payment Initiation, Authorization, Clearing, Settlement, and Reconciliation.
- Perform integration testing with Payment Gateways, Core Banking Systems, and Third-Party APIs.
- Drive test automation (UI & API) and integrate QA into CI/CD pipelines.
- Lead defect triage, release management, and go-live quality sign-off.
- Execute performance, load, security, and compliance testing for high-volume payment systems.
Required Skills
- Strong experience in API Testing (Postman, REST).
- Hands-on experience with Selenium/Cypress and JMeter/LoadRunner.
- Good understanding of CI/CD and automation frameworks.
- Experience leading QA teams and Agile delivery.
Mandatory Domain Expertise
- Robust experience in the Payments domain.
- Hands-on knowledge of the Payment Lifecycle (Authorization Capture Settlement).
- Understanding of ISO 8583, ACH, UPI, and SWIFT payment systems.
- Exposure to PCI-DSS compliance is preferred.
