Job Title: Data Modeller

Experience: 5-8 Years
Location: Pune / Bangalore / Gurgaon
Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Preferred

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and maintain conceptual, logical, and physical data models.
- Work closely with business, analytics, and engineering teams to understand data requirements.
- Define data standards, data governance, and data quality best practices.
- Develop and maintain data dictionaries, metadata, and data lineage documentation.
- Collaborate with Data Engineers and Architects to support data warehousing and reporting initiatives.
- Optimize data structures for scalability, performance, and analytics use cases.

Required Skills:

- 5-8 years of experience in Data Modeling and Data Architecture.
- Strong expertise in ER Modeling, Dimensional Modeling (Star/Snowflake Schemas),



and Data Warehousing concepts.
- Hands-on experience with SQL and relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, etc.).
- Experience with data modeling tools such as Erwin, ER/Studio, PowerDesigner, or similar.
- Understanding of data governance, metadata management, and data quality frameworks.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Valuable to Have:

- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Knowledge of Databricks, Snowflake, or modern data platforms.
- Exposure to Banking, Financial Services, or Insurance (BFSI) domain.
