About the Role

We are seeking a creative and strategic Content Manager to lead our content planning, creation, and distribution efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing engaging content that strengthens brand awareness, drives audience engagement, supports lead generation, and aligns with the companys marketing objectives.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy aligned with business goals.

- Create and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual content calendars.

- Conduct audience and competitor research to improve content effectiveness.

Content Creation & Management

- Oversee the creation of high-quality content including:

- Email campaigns

- Whitepapers

- Marketing collateral

- Video scripts and presentations

- Ensure consistency in brand messaging, tone, and style across all platforms.

- Review, edit, and proofread content before publication.

Digital Marketing Support

- Work closely with the marketing team to support campaigns through compelling content.

- Optimize content for SEO and search visibility.

- Collaborate with designers, videographers, and external agencies for content production.

- Support lead-generation initiatives through targeted content assets.

Performance & Analytics

- Track and analyze content performance using relevant tools.

- Monitor website traffic, engagement metrics, and content ROI.

- Generate regular reports and recommendations for content improvement.

Stakeholder Management





- Coordinate with internal departments to gather content requirements.

- Manage relationships with freelance writers, agencies, and content partners.

- Ensure timely delivery of all content projects.

Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or a related field.

- 4 8 years of experience in content management with strong Knowledge Equity Market

- Robust writing, editing, and storytelling skills.

- Experience managing content across multiple channels.

- Knowledge of SEO best practices and content optimisation.

- Familiarity with CMS platforms such as WordPress.

- Experience with content analytics tools and social media management platforms.

Required Skills

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Strong project management and organizational abilities.

- Creative thinking and attention to detail.

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
