Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced International Marketing Manager to drive international business growth by developing strategic partnerships, expanding our global presence, and increasing international patient referrals. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in healthcare, hospitals, medical tourism, or international business development.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute international marketing strategies to increase patient referrals from overseas.
- Identify and build relationships with international healthcare partners, hospitals, medical tourism facilitators, insurance companies, embassies, and corporate clients.
- Generate international business opportunities and achieve revenue targets.
- Coordinate with international patients from inquiry to admission by working closely with internal teams.
- Conduct market research to identify new countries, referral channels, and growth opportunities.




- Represent the organization at international conferences, healthcare exhibitions, and networking events.
- Collaborate with the digital marketing team to drive international lead generation campaigns.
- Prepare business proposals, partnership agreements, and marketing presentations.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in medical tourism.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing international partners to ensure long-term collaboration.

Candidate Profile

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
- MBA in Marketing or International Business is preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in International Marketing, Healthcare Marketing, Medical Tourism, or International Business Development.
- Experience in the hospital or healthcare industry is preferred.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Robust networking and relationship management abilities.
- Willingness to travel internationally, as required.
