Position Title: Sales Manager Payroll & Compliance Managed Services

Location: Mumbai / Gurgaon

Overview:

We are looking for a result-driven Sales Manager with experience in Payroll & Compliance Managed Services / HRMS solutions to drive new business and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closure

- Acquire new clients across the small and mid-market/enterprise segments

- Understand client needs and position the benefits of managed services for Payroll and statutory compliance.

- Partner with internal teams to execute proposals, demos, and SOWs and drive deal closure

- Achieve revenue targets and maintain pipeline visibility in CRM

- Engage and influence key stakeholders across HR, Finance,



IT and CXO levels to drive deal progression

Required Qualifications & Skills

- 7+ years of experience in B2B sales (Payroll / Compliance / HRMS)

- Strong track record of closing deals and achieving targets

- Understanding of India payroll & statutory compliance (PF, ESI, PT, etc.)

- Solid relationship-building, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

- Ability to work independently in a target-driven environment

Preferred

- Experience in Payroll Managed Services / SaaS / Tech-enabled services

- Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot or Salesforce
