Roles and Responsibilities

We are seeking candidates who possess a strong foundation in programming concepts, a genuine passion for technology, and a demonstrated ability to learn and adapt to new skills.

Applicants should:

1. Have a solid understanding of core programming fundamentals in Java, C++, or any other object-oriented programming language.
2. Possess prior hands-on coding experience through academic projects, internships, or personal initiatives.
3. Demonstrate strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
4. Exhibit the aptitude and willingness to learn advanced technologies and industry-specific skills.

Training Phase

Selected candidates will undergo an intensive one-month project-specific training program designed and delivered by experienced industry professionals.

This structured bootcamp will:

1. Provide in-depth technical training aligned with real-time project requirements.
2. Focus on practical exposure, hands-on assignments, and industry best practices.
3. Include continuous performance evaluations to assess technical and professional growth.

Based on individual performance during the training phase, candidates will be deployed to suitable client projects.

Key Responsibilities During Training

1. Actively participate in all training sessions, workshops, and technical assignments.
2. Demonstrate continuous improvement in learning new technologies and tools.
3.



Collaborate with internal trainers and mentors to build proficiency in the required skill set.
4. Successfully complete assessments and mock project scenarios.

Deployment Phase

Upon successful completion of the training program:

1. Candidates will be assessed for job readiness through structured evaluations and mock interviews.
2. Qualified candidates will be presented for client interviews with our existing clients and partner organizations, including reputed MNCs.
3. Selected candidates will be deployed to client projects, where they will work as part of professional teams and contribute to real-time deliverables.

1. Candidate must have strong knowledge on core java with excellent communication skill.
2. Candidate must be having dedication to learn new technology.
