Roles and Responsibilities :
- Design and deliver customized soft skills training programs for clients across various industries.
- Conduct needs analysis to identify gaps in employee performance and develop targeted training solutions.
- Facilitate interactive sessions, workshops, and coaching sessions to enhance communication, leadership, teamwork, and other key skills.
- Provide feedback and evaluation metrics to measure the effectiveness of training programs.
Job Requirements :
- 2-8 years of experience in behavioural training, soft skills training or related fields.
- Robust understanding of adult learning principles and methodologies (e.g., ADDIE model).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in voice and accent training techniques.
