About HypeX

HypeX is an upcoming large-scale creator, entertainment and culture festival being planned for Delhi NCR.

The festival is designed to bring together:

- 20,000+ expected attendees
- 500+ invited and participating creators
- 25+ featured creators, artists and performers
- 100+ brands, exhibitors and partners
- Music, comedy, gaming, food, creator meet-and-greets and immersive brand experiences

We are hiring Sponsorship Sales Specialists to join the founding commercial team and build partnerships with leading brands, agencies, startups and corporate organisations.

Role responsibilities

- Identify potential sponsors, brand partners, exhibitors and strategic collaborators.
- Generate leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, references, databases and field meetings.
- Connect with decision-makers across marketing, brand, media and partnership teams.
- Understand brand objectives and recommend relevant HypeX opportunities.
- Pitch event sponsorships, zone partnerships, brand activations, stalls and creator integrations.
- Prepare customised proposals and commercial presentations.
- Conduct virtual and face-to-face sales meetings.
- Negotiate commercials, deliverables and partnership terms.
- Manage opportunities from initial outreach to closure and collection.
- Maintain daily follow-up records, pipeline reports and revenue forecasts.




- Coordinate with internal teams for sponsor onboarding and delivery.

Candidate requirements

- 15 years of experience in B2B, sponsorship, event, media, advertising, exhibition, hospitality or agency sales.
- Demonstrated experience working with sales targets.
- Robust communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable with cold outreach, persistent follow-ups and field meetings.
- Ability to independently manage prospects and close commercial opportunities.
- Comfortable working from office in Janakpuri, New Delhi.
- Immediate or early joiners will be preferred.

Existing relationships with brands, agencies, corporate marketing teams or business owners will be an advantage.

Compensation

- Fixed salary: 20,00050,000 per month
- Performance incentives
- Potential to earn 1–5 lakh+ in additional incentives through successful closures and collections
- Growth opportunity into senior specialist or team-lead positions
