Roles and Responsibilities

- Provide after-sales service support to customers for laser cutting machines, including installation, maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting.

- Conduct site visits to diagnose issues with existing installations and implement solutions or recommend repairs as needed.

- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues related to laser machine operation and performance.

- Develop strong relationships with clients by providing excellent customer service and ensuring timely resolution of their queries.

- Maintain accurate records of all servicing activities, including work completed, parts used, and follow-up actions required.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 1-3 years' experience in field service engineering or a related field (electronics/electrical).

- Solid knowledge of laser cutting machines, laser alignment, and troubleshooting techniques.

- Ability to travel frequently within the assigned territory for on-site work.

- Excellent communication skills for effective client interaction and issue resolution.

- Proficiency in using hand tools and basic diagnostic equipment.
