Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Hospitality Architect with a proven track record of designing and delivering hospitality projects, including hotels, resorts, serviced apartments, luxury villas, clubhouses, restaurants, convention centers, and mixed-use hospitality developments.

The ideal candidate will possess strong conceptual and technical design capabilities, an in-depth understanding of hospitality planning, guest experience, building systems, regulatory requirements, and multidisciplinary coordination. This role offers the chance to work on complex, high-impact projects for leading national and international clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the planning and architectural design of hospitality facilities, including hotels, resorts, serviced apartments, restaurants, clubhouses, convention centers, and mixed-use hospitality developments.
- Develop innovative and efficient design solutions that enhance guest experience, operational efficiency, aesthetics, and functionality.
- Prepare concept designs, detailed architectural drawings, working drawings, and construction documentation.
- Coordinate closely with structural, MEP, interior design, landscape, lighting, fire safety, and other consultants throughout all project stages.
- Translate client and operator requirements into practical, code-compliant architectural solutions.
- Conduct site visits, design reviews, and construction inspections to ensure design intent and quality standards are maintained.
- Ensure compliance with applicable building codes, hospitality standards, fire and life safety regulations, accessibility requirements, and statutory approvals.
- Review shop drawings, material submissions, and technical documentation during project execution.




- Participate in client presentations, design workshops, operator coordination meetings, and project review sessions.
- Mentor junior architects and contribute to maintaining project quality and delivery timelines.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch or equivalent).
- Minimum 10 years of professional experience in hospitality architecture.
- Demonstrated experience in designing and executing projects such as:
- Hotels
- Resorts
- Serviced apartments
- Restaurants and F&B; outlets
- Clubhouses
- Convention and banquet facilities
- Luxury villas and hospitality developments

- Strong understanding of hospitality planning principles, guest circulation, back-of-house operations, space programming, and service integration.
- Experience coordinating with multidisciplinary engineering teams, interior designers, landscape consultants, and hospitality operators.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Thorough knowledge of construction detailing, hospitality building systems, materials, and applicable building regulations.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and client management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining high-quality design standards.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working on luxury hotels, resorts, or large-scale hospitality developments for renowned hotel brands or multinational clients.
- Knowledge of sustainable hospitality design practices, green building standards, and energy-efficient building solutions.
- Exposure to BIM-based project delivery.
- Experience in construction administration and site execution.
- Familiarity with international hospitality design standards and best practices.
