About the Role

We’re looking for a Designer I to join the Design Team at Impacteers. In this role, you’ll support the design and improvement of intuitive, engaging, and scalable digital experiences across our platform.

You’ll work closely with product, engineering, and cross-functional teams to translate requirements into clear, thoughtful, and visually polished interfaces. This role is ideal for someone early in their design career who has strong UI fundamentals, a user-centered mindset, high attention to detail, and excitement to learn how strong design teams build and scale meaningful product experiences in an AI-first environment.

Role Overview

As a Designer 1, you will:

- Support the design of clean, high-quality user interfaces for web and mobile experiences that align with product goals and brand standards
- Contribute to the maintenance and evolution of our Figma-based design system, including components, styles, and documentation
- Design responsive layouts, interaction states, and polished user flows across different devices and screen sizes




- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and senior designers to shape ideas into intuitive user experiences
- Translate user needs, business requirements, and feedback into clear design solutions
- Prepare organized design files, flows, and handoff documentation to support smooth implementation by engineering teams
- Contribute to wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and UI explorations across product initiatives
- Participate in design reviews and incorporate feedback to improve usability, consistency, and visual quality
- Apply accessibility best practices and contemporary UI patterns to create inclusive product experiences
- Contribute to AI-enabled product thinking by identifying opportunities where design can improve clarity, trust, usability, personalization, or engagement in AI-powered experiences
- Work with teams to translate AI capabilities into practical, user-friendly design solutions that create meaningful value

Basic Qualifications

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design,



HCI, Visual Communication, Interaction Design, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in UI design, product design, digital design, or a related role, including internships or freelance work
- Strong visual design fundamentals, including layout, typography, hierarchy, spacing, and interaction design
- Proficiency in Figma, including components, auto-layout, and prototyping
- Ability to work cross-functionally with product, engineering, and business teams
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with a problem-solving mindset
- Familiarity with responsive design principles, accessibility basics, and modern UI patterns
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with ambiguity and changing priorities
- Foundational understanding of design systems and how they support scalability and consistency across products
- Awareness of how AI-powered experiences can influence usability, trust, personalization, and interaction design

Preferred Qualifications

- Exposure to design systems, usability testing, wireframing, prototyping, or developer handoff workflows
- Ability to translate user problems into clear interface solutions
- Familiarity with tools such as Figma, FigJam, Adobe Creative Suite, Jira, Notion, or similar collaboration tools
- Interest in career tech, hiring tech, HR tech, or marketplace/platform products
- Experience using AI tools in day-to-day design work, such as for ideation, content support, workflow acceleration, research synthesis, or rapid prototyping
- Understanding of key design considerations for AI-enabled features, including clarity, usability, bias, explainability, and user trust
- Curiosity about emerging AI trends, tools, and product opportunities in the talent and career ecosystem
