Key Responsibilities - JD

- Engage with stakeholders to capture and analyze Quote-to-Cash business requirements, translating them into functional technical designs
- Architect, configure, and implement Revenue Cloud solutions (CPQ, Billing, Revenue Cloud Advanced), aligning with best practices and client needs
- Oversee end-to-end delivery including solution scoping, technical design (including low/high-level designs), development, testing, deployment, and post-launch support
- Conduct code reviews, enforce development standards, and ensure optimal performance and maintainability
- Proactively identify and mitigate technical and functional project risks, escalating where needed
- Collaborate with pre-salesdrafting proposals, scoping, effort estimates, and statements of work
- Foster knowledge-sharing, create reusable assets, and contribute to global Revenue Cloud communities
- Maintain technical proficiency by staying updated with evolving Revenue Cloud features and Salesforce platform releases

Required Skills & Experience

- Deep expertise in Salesforce Revenue Cloud,



including CPQ, Billing, and Advanced modules; Revenue Cloud Consultant certification is a plus
- Strong hands-on experience customizing CPQ & RCApricing logic, quote templates, subscription billing, and invoicing
- Advanced proficiency in Apex, SOQL, Lightning Components, Flow, integration frameworks (REST/SOAP), and APIs
- Proven leadership in overseeing technical solution delivery and managing mid-sized Salesforce implementation teams
- Solid analytical, problem-solving, and communication skillsadept at client-facing activities and stakeholder management
- Familiarity with the Salesforce release cycle and ability to align solutions with new Revenue Cloud features
- Experience creating technical documentation: high-level (HLD) and low-level (LLD) design, deployment guides, release plans

Solid background in SDLC, Agile methodologies, and DevOps practices (e.g., CI/CD, version control)
