Job Responsibilities:
- Perform quality audits for Charge Entry and Payment Posting processes
- Ensure accuracy, compliance, and adherence to client guidelines
- Identify errors and provide feedback to the operations team
- Maintain quality reports and support continuous process improvement
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to improve overall performance
Key Skills Required:
- Strong experience in Medical Billing (Charge Entry & Payment Posting)
- Good knowledge of US Healthcare RCM processes
- Prior experience in QA / Auditing role is mandatory
- Analytical thinking and attention to detail
- Valuable communication skills
