Sourcing Manager & Lead (China & Vietnam Market)

We are seeking an experienced Sourcing Manager & Lead to lead our sourcing efforts in the China and Vietnam markets. The successful candidate will have a strong background in e-commerce, procurement, and supplier management, with a proven track record of cost optimization and supplier acquisition.

Location: Chennai

Responsibilities

- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to meet business objectives in the China and Vietnam markets
- Manage and maintain relationships with suppliers, including negotiations and contract management
- Source and onboard recent suppliers, ensuring compliance with company standards and regulations
- Optimize procurement processes to reduce costs and improve efficiency
- Analyze and compare RFQs to ensure best value for the company
- Ensure product quality and compliance with company standards
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date supplier databases,



including SEDEX certification
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and developments in the automotive accessories industry

Requirements

- 3-10 years of experience in e-commerce, procurement, and supplier management
- Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms, including Alibaba
- Experience with supplier negotiations and contract management
- Ability to analyze and compare RFQs to ensure best value
- Strong understanding of procurement processes and cost optimization
- Experience with supplier databases, including SEDEX certification
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, supply chain management, or logistics
