Responsibilities

- Lead, manage, and mentor a team of engineers delivering Microsoft Teams, M365, and Azure-based applications.
- Own end-to-end delivery including planning, sprint execution, release readiness, and risk management.
- Align engineering execution with product roadmaps, business priorities, and enterprise strategy.
- Act as a hands-on technical leader guiding architecture, reviewing designs, and supporting complex problem solving.
- Guide application teams developing Microsoft Teams and M365 applications using Azure and .NET technologies.
- Promote solid engineering practices across code quality, testing, and scalable system design.
- Provide direction on building applications across Microsoft Teams and the broader M365 ecosystem.




- Ensure adoption of Teams SDK, Agent SDK, and M365 integration patterns.
- Guide secure authentication and identity integration using Azure AD / Entra ID, OAuth, and JWT.
- Drive use of Azure services including AKS, Bot Framework, SignalR, and App Insights.
- Ensure implementation of CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, and deployment best practices.
- Partner with product owners, architects, DevOps, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions.
- Build a high-performing team through coaching, mentoring, and career development.
- Lead troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and incident response.
- Ensure proper documentation, governance, and compliance practices.
