Mediscope Global Services Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Team Lead Medical Coding with solid people management skills and hands-on coding expertise. The candidate must be capable of leading a team, ensuring coding quality and productivity, and handling client requirements effectively.
Mandatory Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Medical Coding.
- At least 1-2 years of Team Lead experience in a Medical Coding process.
- Strong knowledge of ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS coding guidelines.
- Experience in quality monitoring, productivity management, mentoring, and team handling.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Certification (AAPC/AHIMA) preferred.
Important Eligibility Criteria
- Only candidates currently residing within 10-15 km of Avadi,
Chennai should apply.
- Outstation candidates and candidates willing to relocate are strictly not encouraged to apply.
- Candidates must be able to attend face-to-face interviews and join immediately or within a short notice period.
- Applications from candidates without relevant Team Lead experience in Medical Coding will not be considered.
