1. Electrician

Key Responsibilities

- Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, panels, lighting, and power distribution systems.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical equipment.
- Troubleshoot electrical faults and restore systems promptly.
- Ensure compliance with company safety policies and electrical regulations.
- Respond to emergency electrical breakdowns as required.

Qualifications

- ITI/Diploma in Electrician or Electrical Engineering.
- 0-3years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of electrical safety standards and troubleshooting techniques.

2. BMS Technician

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor and operate Building Management Systems.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on BMS controllers, sensors, actuators, and field devices.
- Troubleshoot communication and automation issues.
- Monitor HVAC equipment through the BMS.
- Maintain system logs and alarm reports.
- Coordinate with HVAC, electrical, and mechanical teams.
- Configure and update BMS software as required.
- Conduct routine inspections and performance testing.
- Prepare maintenance reports and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with client requirements and safety standards.

Qualifications

- Diploma/Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation,



or Automation.
- 25 years of BMS maintenance experience.
- Experience with BMS platforms such as Honeywell, Siemens, Schneider, Johnson Controls, or Delta is preferred.

3. Fire Alarm Technician

Key Responsibilities

- Install and maintain fire alarm systems.
- Perform routine inspection, testing, and preventive maintenance.
- Troubleshoot faults in fire alarm control panels, detectors, modules, MCPs, and notification devices.
- Conduct cause-and-effect testing and system commissioning.
- Read and interpret fire alarm drawings and wiring diagrams.
- Replace defective components and ensure proper system functionality.
- Maintain service records, inspection reports, and maintenance logs.
- Coordinate with clients during maintenance and testing activities.
- Ensure compliance with NFPA, local fire regulations, and company safety procedures.
- Respond to emergency service calls.

Qualifications

- ITI/Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or Fire & Safety.
- 25 years of experience in fire alarm system.
- Knowledge of fire alarm systems such as Honeywell, Notifier, Siemens, Edwards, GST, Hochiki, Morley, Bosch, or equivalent.
