- Design, implement, and maintain large-scale databases using MySQL and Snowflake.
- Perform database administration tasks such as backups, recovery, and performance tuning.
- Develop shell scripts using Python to automate repetitive tasks and improve efficiency.
- Collaborate with development teams to design data models and optimize database schema.
Job Requirements :
- 8-13 years of experience in Database Administration (DBMS).
- Proficiency in MySQL and Snowflake administration.
- Solid understanding of DBMS concepts including normalization, denormalization, indexing, etc.
- Experience with scripting languages like Python / Bash for automation.
