Roles and Responsibilities

- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery of products.

- Manage order fulfillment, including tracking inventory levels and resolving discrepancies.

- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve billing issues and ensure accurate invoicing.

- Handle customer complaints and disputes in a professional manner, escalating as necessary.

- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 1-3 years of experience in Order to Cash process or related field (O2C).

- Bachelor's degree in any specialization (B.B.A., B.M.S., B.Com).

- Solid understanding of O2C Cash Application, O2C Billing, Dispute Management processes.

- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with customers and team members.
