- Lead and manage end-to-end infrastructure projects from initiation to closure.
- Drive Microsoft 365 migration and transformation projects.
- Manage server upgrade, modernization, and infrastructure refresh initiatives.
- Lead Azure infrastructure implementation, migration, and optimization projects.
- Manage Office End-of-Life (EOL) upgrades and technology transition programs.
- Prepare project plans, timelines, budgets, RAID logs, and status reports.
- Coordinate with technical teams, vendors, business stakeholders, and leadership teams.
- Track project milestones, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
- Ensure adherence to project governance and quality standards.
- Conduct stakeholder meetings, steering committee reviews, and project status reporting.
