Job Summary:

We are looking for a hands-on Technical Lead to build and scale Uncia s digital lending platform. The ideal candidate should have robust experience in the banking/lending domain, deep coding expertise, and significant contributions to AI in real-world application development. This role is best suited for someone passionate about solving complex problems, writing production-grade code, and embedding AI into core business workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and develop scalable banking lending solutions (LOS/LMS platforms)

- Actively contribute to hands-on coding (50%+) across backend and frontend

- Build robust backend systems using .NET Core, Web APIs, and Microservices architecture

- Develop a responsive UI using Angular or React

- Drive AI integration into applications, ensuring real business impact

- Solve complex technical challenges with strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Collaborate with product and business teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions

- Contribute to system design, architecture, and performance optimization

- Ensure high-quality code through reviews, testing, and engineering best practices

- Support cloud deployments and CI/CD pipelines (Azure/AWS)

Required Skills Qualifications:

- 7-12 years of experience in software development

- Strong experience in the lending domain. Proven hands-on expertise:
