- The HR Executive will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment and selection activities, including sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for open positions, conducting initial interviews, coordinating with department heads for further interview rounds, handling offer negotiations, initiating pre-employment formalities, and liaising with recruitment agencies when required.
- The role includes conducting structured onboarding and induction programs to ensure a smooth joining experience for recent employees, preparing induction materials, explaining organizational policies, procedures, and culture, and supporting documentation, background verification, and maintenance of employee records.
- The HR Executive will actively handle employee relations by addressing staff concerns, grievances, and HR-related queries, promoting a positive work environment through engagement initiatives, and acting as a communication bridge between employees and management.
- Responsibilities also involve monitoring daily attendance, managing leave records,



ensuring accuracy of data for payroll processing, generating monthly attendance reports, and supporting payroll preparation in coordination with the finance team to ensure timely salary disbursement.
- The role further requires ensuring compliance with applicable labor laws, statutory requirements, and internal HR policies.
- Additionally, the HR Executive will coordinate training and development initiatives, track participation, feedback, and effectiveness of training programs, identify skill gaps, and recommend improvement measures.
- The position also supports performance management processes, including implementation of appraisal systems, assisting supervisors during performance reviews, facilitating discussions, and maintaining accurate records of evaluations and employee feedback.
