Role & responsibilities
- Source IT candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruiting channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial technical and behavioral interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with clients and follow up with candidates.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT professionals.
- Work closely with account managers and hiring managers to understand client requirements.
- Ensure timely submission of quality candidates and maintain recruitment metrics.
Required Skills:
- 15+ years of experience in US IT Recruitment.
- Good understanding of US staffing processes, tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099), and visa types.
- Experience using job portals such as Dice, Monster,
CareerBuilder, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Indeed.
- Solid communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with ATS and Microsoft Office tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Ability to work in US time zones.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
