Role Overview:
We are looking for a Salesforce Business Analyst with strong domain experience in investment banking / capital markets / wealth management. The candidate will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring effective delivery of Salesforce-based solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements (BRD, FRD, User Stories)
- Work closely with stakeholders in investment banking / capital markets domain
- Translate business requirements into Salesforce functional specifications
- Collaborate with developers, QA teams, and product owners
- Participate in Agile ceremonies (Sprint planning, backlog grooming, stand-ups)
- Perform gap analysis and recommend optimal Salesforce solutions
- Support UAT, business validation, and deployment activities
- Ensure alignment of Salesforce implementations with business goals
Required Skills
Core Skills
- Robust experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce (Sales Cloud / Service Cloud preferred)
- Expertise in requirement gathering and documentation
Domain Expertise
- Experience in one or more:
- Investment Banking
- Capital Markets
- Wealth / Asset Management
- Agile / Scrum experience
- Salesforce certifications (Admin / BA preferred)
- Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence
- Strong stakeholder communication skills
Soft Skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving ability
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments
Nice to Have
- Experience working with global banking clients
