What You will Do:

- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing top talent to making successful hires.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create strategic hiring plans.
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, networking, and direct outreach.
- Screen and evaluate candidates for skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Conduct initial interviews and coordinate the hiring process with teams.
- Maintain and optimize our ATS, ensuring an organized and efficient hiring pipeline.
- Enhance the candidate experience, creating a seamless and engaging recruitment journey.




- Stay ahead of industry trends to continuously improve recruitment strategies.

What We are Looking For:

- Experience: 2+ years in recruiting, preferably in IT, staffing, or high-growth industries.
- Strong sourcing skills with expertise in Boolean search, social recruiting, and networking.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage both candidates and hiring managers.
- Proficiency in ATS and recruitment tools to streamline hiring processes.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Robust problem-solving mindset with a keen eye for detail.
- Passion for talent acquisition and delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
