We are looking for a agile and result-oriented Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have 12 years of experience in sales or business development, excellent communication skills, and the ability to generate new business opportunities and build strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable digital marketing solutions.
- Schedule meetings, presentations, and product/service demonstrations with potential clients.
- Prepare and share proposals, quotations, and presentations.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project onboarding and client satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and sales activities in CRM.
- Follow up with leads regularly and convert them into long-term clients.
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities.
Required Skills
- 1–2 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Acquisition.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- Good understanding of digital marketing services is an added advantage.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools.
- Positive attitude with strong interpersonal skills.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
