Experience: 11+ Years in US Healthcare RCM

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced AR Manager to lead and manage Accounts Receivable operations for both Physician Billing and Hospital Billing processes. The ideal candidate should possess strong end-to-end AR knowledge, team management capabilities, client handling experience, and a proven track record of driving revenue, productivity, and quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end AR operations for Physician and Hospital Billing.
- Lead, mentor, and develop Team Leaders and AR teams.
- Monitor and improve key performance metrics including Collections, Aging, Productivity, Quality, and Revenue Targets.
- Drive denial analysis, root cause identification, and resolution strategies.
- Ensure adherence to client SLAs, KPIs, and compliance requirements.
- Conduct performance reviews, coaching sessions, and process improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to achieve operational goals.
- Prepare and present business reviews, operational reports, and revenue performance updates.




- Handle escalations and support client-facing discussions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 11+ years of experience in US Healthcare RCM with strong AR expertise.
- Minimum 1+ years of experience managing large AR teams.
- Strong knowledge of Physician Billing and Hospital Billing AR processes.
- Expertise in Denials Management, Appeals, Underpayments, and Collections.
- Excellent understanding of Medicare, Medicaid, Commercial Payers, and Revenue Cycle workflows.
- Experience managing client relationships and operational performance.
- Strong analytical, leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred

- Experience handling multiple clients/accounts.
- Proven track record of achieving collection and revenue goals.
- Exposure to process transitions, automation, and operational excellence initiatives.
