Role & responsibilities

Must-have technical skills:

- Python comfortable writing clean, working code without scaffolding
- Claude API / Anthropic SDK — building with LLMs, prompt engineering, structured outputs
- Claude Code — using the CLI to build and run automations directly
- REST APIs and webhooks — connecting systems, handling authentication, parsing

JSON responses

- n8n or Make — workflow automation, no-code and code-hybrid pipelines
- Git — version control, pull requests, basic collaboration workflow

Technical (strong preference):

- CrewAI or LangGraph — building multi-agent systems and orchestrating agent workflows
- LangChain — LLM application framework, chains, memory, tool use
- RAG systems — LlamaIndex, Dify, Flowise,



vector databases (Chroma, Pinecone, Qdrant)
- Voice AI — ElevenLabs, Voiceflow, or equivalent
- Basic SQL — querying data sources to understand what you are working with
- Docker — containerising and deploying easy applications

What we look for above experience:

- A portfolio of things you have actually built — agents, automations, RAG systems, anything using LLMs
- Evidence of self-directed learning in a fast- moving tooling environment
- You have built something that other people use
