Role & responsibilities

Project & Technology Management

- Coordinate with IT teams for business requirements, UAT, deployment, and implementation.
- Drive automation and digitization initiatives.
- Monitor project timelines and ensure timely delivery of technology enhancements.

Analytics & Productivity

- Analyze sales and operational data to improve channel productivity.
- Develop dashboards and business performance reports.
- Generate actionable insights for leadership decision-making functions.

Process Excellence

- Review and improve operational processes.
- Identify efficiency gaps and recommend corrective actions.
- Establish SOPs, controls, and governance mechanisms.
- Support channel budgeting and business planning activities.
- Monitor project ROI and operational efficiency metrics.

Preferred candidate profile

- Graduate/MBA with 510 years of experience in Operations, Business Analytics, Project Management, or Insurance Operations.
- Exposure to IT projects, digital transformation, and process automation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced MS Excel, Power BI, or MIS reporting experience preferred.
- Robust project management and stakeholder coordination capabilities.
