- Hands on enterprise level J2EE based web application development and support
- Strong understanding of CTI (Computer Telephony Integration) concepts and architecture.
- Hands-on experience or familiarity with: IVR (Interactive Voice Response) systems and Avaya PBX / Avaya Experience Platform environment
- Exposure to CTI integrations such as: Cisco CTI Server,Noble Dialer systems and Verint / NICE recording solutions
- Understanding of IVR ecosystems including call routing, dialer systems, and voice workflows.
- Hands on experience in React JS, Spring / Spring Boot / Cloud technologies
- Experience on Pivotal Cloud Foundry (PCF) workplace
- Experience in troubleshooting and debugging skills.

- - Minimum of 5-7 years of production monitoring experience within Java Web/Enterprise projects

- Strong experience in troubleshooting skills of JavaScript object model Through understanding of React.js and its core principles.
- Experience with popular React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux).
