- Drive PMO activities in large-scale transformation programs.
- Lead end-to-end PLM implementation, migration, upgrade, or rollout initiatives.
- Prepare and maintain project plans, RAID logs, dashboards, status reports, and track KPIs/governance metrics.
- Monitor project schedules, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables.
- Ensure adherence to project management methodologies, standards, and compliance processes.
- Facilitate steering/operational committee meetings, governance reviews, and stakeholder communications.
- Coordinate with business stakeholders, engineering teams, IT teams, vendors, and system integrators.
- Understand PLM business processes including Item & BOM Management, Change Management, PDM, and CAD integrations.
- Identify project risks/issues and proactively define mitigation strategies.
- Support change management and user adoption initiatives.
- Provide daily/weekly/monthly project status updates to leadership teams.
- Ensure accurate documentation and audit readiness.

Must Have Skills

- 15+ years of experience in Program Management/PMO for large-scale transformation programs.
- Robust experience in PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) projects.
- Hands-on expertise with Siemens Teamcenter (preferred).




- Deep understanding of PLM processes Product Data Management, Item & BOM Management, Engineering Change processes.
- Strong knowledge of project governance, planning, risk tracking, issue management, and reporting.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira).
- Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, follow up on action items, and ensure timely execution.
- Proactive problem-solving, risk identification, and issue escalation.

Good To Have Skills

- Experience with PDM (Product Data Management) .
- Knowledge of BOM Management and Engineering Processes.
- Exposure to CAD integrations.
- Experience in large enterprise or digital transformation projects.
- PMP/PM certification.
