Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Institutional Partnership Executive to build and manage partnerships with universities, colleges, training institutes, and local agencies. The role focuses on creating a solid candidate pipeline through strategic collaborations and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities

- Identify and connect with universities, colleges, and training institutes through calls, meetings, and follow-ups.

- Establish and maintain institutional partnerships and tie-ups.

- Negotiate and close partnership agreements with academic institutions.

- Develop a steady pipeline of qualified candidates through institutional collaborations.

- Coordinate with local agencies for candidate sourcing and CV generation.

- Build long-term relationships with partner institutions and agencies.

- Track partnership performance, candidate conversion rates, and hiring outcomes.





- Meet recruitment and partnership targets within timelines.

Requirements
- MBA/PGDM (Marketing, Business Management, or related specialization).

- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

- Comfortable with cold calling, follow-ups, and partnership development.

- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. .
