- Overall 8+ years of business analysis experience, with 3+ years on Salesforce implementations.
- Hands-on experience as a BA on Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud projects.
- Working knowledge of Salesforce Data Cloud / Data 360 concepts data ingestion, data modeling, identity resolution, unified profiles, and insight activation.
- Robust grasp of the Salesforce data model (Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities, Cases) and configuration concepts (objects, fields, flows, security).
- Experience with CRM consolidation / multi-org or multi-business-unit programs and process standardization.
- Proven requirements-engineering skills: user stories, process mapping (BPMN), functional specs, and acceptance criteria.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum delivery and tools such as Jira/Azure DevOps and Confluence.
- Strong experience facilitating workshops and managing senior business stakeholders.
- Familiarity with data migration and integration concepts (APIs, middleware such as MuleSoft, ETL patterns).
- Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to bridge business and technical audiences.
