Position: Payroll & Statutory Compliance Executive

Job Summary:
We are looking for a Payroll & Statutory Compliance Executive with hands-on experience in end-to-end payroll processing, statutory compliance, and employee taxation. The ideal candidate should be proficient in payroll software such as Keka or Zoho Payroll and have strong knowledge of PF, ESIC, PT, labour laws, and payroll reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

- Process monthly payroll accurately and on time.
- Manage employee master data, onboarding, exits, and Full & Final settlements.
- Handle PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, Shops & Establishment, and other statutory compliances.
- Prepare TDS, Form 16, payroll MIS, salary registers, and reconciliation reports.




- Coordinate with clients for payroll inputs, approvals, and statutory filings.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and support audits.

Qualification:
