Job Description:
We are looking for a Technical Executive/ Manager with experience in property/facility management to ensure smooth operation and maintenance of building services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operation & maintenance of DG Sets, 33kv License, HVAC systems
- Managing STP & WTP operations
- Coordinating preventive and breakdown maintenance
- Vendor supervision and AMC monitoring
- Ensuring safety, compliance, and energy efficiency
- Supporting daytoday technical issues at the site
Key Skills: DG Sets, 33kv, Chillers, STP, WTP, HVAC, Facility Management, Electrical & Mechanical Systems
Preferred Background:
- Property / Facility Management
- Commercial or residential building operations
Preferred candidate profile
Experience: 1 to 5 years
Qualification: Diploma / B.Tech / ITI (Electrical / Mechanical)
