Responsibilities

A day in the life of an InfoscionAs part of the Infosys consulting team, your primary role would be to get to the heart of customer issues, diagnose problem areas, design innovative solutions and facilitate deployment resulting in client delight.You will develop a proposal by owning parts of the proposal document and by giving inputs in solution design based on areas of expertise. You will plan the activities of configuration, configure the product as per the design, conduct conference room pilots and will assist in resolving any queries related to requirements and solution designYou will conduct solution/product demonstrations, POC/Proof of Technology workshops and prepare effort estimates which suit the customer budgetary requirements and are in line with organizations financial guidelines Actively lead small projects and contribute to unit-level and organizational initiatives with an objective of providing high quality value adding solutions to customers. Technical and Professional Requirements

At least 5 years of experience in SAP Basis administrationMinimum 1 end to end SAP Basis implementation/Migration/Upgrade full life cycle.Monitor and maintain SAP systems environments (Sandbox, Development, QA, Production and DR etc.,).Install, configure, maintain, and support multiple SAP landscapes and 3rd party tools.Perform core Basis functions (e.g., System Refresh, support packs, kernels, transports, DR drills)Research and implement solutions for Basis functionality in the areas of performance monitoring, tuning,Contribute to the architecture design of the SAP systems.Well versed with the entire business suite of SAP Solution Manager.Experience in SAP HANA, OS/DB Migrations and CloudExperience of working with global delivery models including offshore, multi-cultural teams, functional teams other stake holders.SAP Certification will be added advantage.Willing to work in 24x7 support setting.Experience with project management
