Job Title: Agency Sales Manager (Health & Motor Insurance)

Role Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic Agency Sales Manager to drive insurance sales through our agency channel. The ideal candidate will recruit, train, and manage a team of agents while focusing on achieving business targets in the Health and Motor Insurance verticals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Agent Recruitment: Identify, onboard, and activate new insurance agents/advisors.
- Business Development: Drive sales of Health and Motor Insurance products through the agency network.
- Team Management: Train, mentor, and motivate agents to achieve monthly sales targets.




- Market Penetration: Build a solid distribution network in assigned territories (Hyderabad/Vijayawada/Vizag).
- Compliance: Ensure all sales practices adhere to IRDAI regulations and company policies.

Candidate Requirements:

- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in Health Insurance and Motor Insurance sales (Agency Channel preferred).
- Proven track record of agent recruitment and team handling.
- Strong local network and knowledge of the respective city/region.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Must be a graduate (Any discipline).
