Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Fulfilment Centre Warehouse Executive to support daily warehouse operations at our 3PL (Third-Party Logistics) fulfilment centre. The ideal candidate should have experience in warehouse processes, inventory handling, and order fulfilment while ensuring smooth operational flow and client service standards. This role is essential in maintaining inventory accuracy, timely order processing, and compliance with safety procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

Warehouse Operations:

- Support end-to-end warehouse operations including receiving, put-away, inventory handling, picking, packing, shipping, and returns processing.
- Ensure orders are processed accurately and within defined client SLAs.
- Assist in maintaining proper storage and warehouse organization for productive workflow and space utilization.

Operational Support:

- Coordinate with team leads and supervisors to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Support manpower allocation based on workload and order volumes.
- Escalate operational issues and assist in resolving process bottlenecks.

Inventory & System Management:

- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, stock verification, and reconciliation.
- Update and track inventory movements using WMS and related systems.
- Identify stock discrepancies and ensure timely reporting and resolution.

Client & Process Coordination:

- Support client-specific operational requirements and service standards.
- Monitor daily KPIs such as order accuracy, productivity, and turnaround time.
- Assist in onboarding new products or client requirements into warehouse operations.

Compliance & Safety:

- Follow all safety policies,



SOPs, and warehouse compliance standards.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Report safety hazards and support corrective actions when required.

Continuous Improvement:

- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and reduce errors.
- Support implementation of process improvements and system enhancements.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as transportation, customer service, and IT when required.

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree / Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in warehouse or fulfilment centre operations, preferably in a 3PL environment.
- Good knowledge of WMS, inventory control, and order fulfilment processes.
- Strong coordination, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a quick-paced operational environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook; ERP knowledge is an added advantage.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in e-commerce or omnichannel fulfilment.
- Familiarity with reverse logistics and transportation coordination.
- Understanding of warehouse SOPs and safety procedures.

Work Environment:

This position operates in a warehouse environment and requires standing, walking, bending, and lifting as per operational requirements. Shift-based, evening, or weekend work may be required depending on business needs.
