Job Summary

Kored Infratech Pvt Ltd is looking for an experienced HR Executive with strong expertise in payroll management and HR operations. The candidate will be responsible for handling payroll processing, attendance management, statutory compliance, employee records, and supporting recruitment and HR administrative activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Process monthly payroll accurately and within timelines.
- Maintain employee attendance, leave records, and salary data.
- Handle statutory compliance such as PF, ESI, PT, TDS, and labor law-related documentation.
- Prepare salary statements, payslips, and payroll reports.
- Coordinate with finance/accounts teams for payroll processing and salary disbursement.
- Maintain employee personal files and HR documentation.
- Support recruitment activities including sourcing, interview coordination, and onboarding.
- Manage employee joining and exit formalities.




- Handle employee queries related to payroll, attendance, and HR policies.
- Maintain HR MIS reports and monthly HR records.
- Ensure compliance with company HR policies and procedures.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of payroll processing and HR operations.
- Experience in PF, ESI, PT, and statutory compliance.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and HR/payroll software.
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential employee information professionally.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Preferred Experience

- Experience in infrastructure, construction, telecom, or engineering industries is preferred.
- Knowledge of labor laws and payroll systems will be an added advantage.
