Profile : Customer Support Executive

Process : Voice Process & Non-Voice Process (Full Time)

Any Undergraduate / Graduate / Freshers / Experienced can apply Excellent Communication Skills Required in Hindi as well as English.

Salary:-

Fresher - 16K in hand + 2 way cab facilities or 2K Cab Allowance

Experience - 20K in hand + 2 way cab facilities or 2K Cab Allowance

Working Days : 6 days

Shifts : Rotational Shifts & Week Offs

Roles & Responsibilities

- Provide accurate information and resolutions to customers via calls and chat.
- Maintain a qualified and positive attitude during customer interactions.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and service quality.
- Achieve daily and monthly performance targets.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
