We are hiring for Manager - ServiceNow Solution Architect

Role: Manager - ServiceNow Solution Architect

Mode of Work: Hybrid

Location: Noida, Indore and Hyderabad

Working Days: 5 days

Experience: 14+ years in Industry

Shift: Based on the project

Qualification: Graduates only

Salary: Upto 40 LPA + variable + other benefits (Depends on Exp/Last Dawn CTC/Interview outcome)

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and lead end-to-end ServiceNow solutions, including architecture, integrations, workflows, and data models.
- Drive solution design across CSM, Flow Designer, and platform capabilities.
- Lead technical discussions, provide architectural guidance, and ensure scalable, secure, and high-quality implementations.
- Engage with customers for requirements gathering, workshops, and solution alignment.
- Define and enforce governance, coding standards, release management, and platform upgrades.




- Mentor development teams and promote best practices.
- Required Skills:
- Robust hands-on experience in ServiceNow design, development, and architecture.
- Expertise in CSM (mandatory), workflows, integrations, data models, ACLs, and business process flows.
- Experience in customer-facing roles and translating business requirements into scalable solutions.
- Strong understanding of platform governance, upgrades, and release management.
- ServiceNow certifications such as CSA/CAD; Architect certifications preferred.
