Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Bid Manager to lead the end-to-end bid lifecycle, from opportunity qualification through proposal submission, negotiation, and contract award. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop winning strategies and deliver high-quality, competitive proposals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the complete bid and proposal lifecycle for strategic opportunities
- Develop and execute win strategies in collaboration with Sales and Business teams
- Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Legal, Delivery, and Product teams
- Prepare and review proposal content, pricing, and commercial submissions
- Identify, track, and mitigate risks while ensuring compliance
- Manage timelines, stakeholder communication, and submission deadlines




- Conduct post-bid analysis and drive continuous improvements
- Leverage Generative AI tools to enhance proposal quality and efficiency

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 5+ years of experience in Bid/Proposal Management
- Proven track record in managing complex, high-value bids
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience in pricing, risk assessment, and contract negotiations
- Familiarity with Generative AI tools and prompt engineering (preferred)
