Job Title: AI Engineer

Job Summary

We're looking for an experienced AI Engineer to build and scale internal AI tooling and workflows. This role centres on developing reliable, production-ready AI systems using modern LLM tools such as Claude, Cursor, and integrated enterprise platforms. You'll work closely with finance and accounting stakeholders to automate workflows, boost productivity, and help non-technical users make effective use of AI.

Key Responsibilities

- Looking for 5 to 8 years of experience in application development, with a focus on AI.
- Build and maintain internal AI skills, tools, and workflows using Claude, Cursor, and similar AI platforms
- Integrate AI systems with Snowflake, Google Drive, Slack, and other enterprise applications
- Design modular, reusable AI components such as agents, skills, and workflows
- Develop evaluation frameworks, unit tests, guardrails, and monitoring systems to ensure AI reliability
- Set up AI development environments, templates, documentation, and best practices
- Work on prompt engineering, workflow orchestration, structured outputs, and RAG-based systems
- Improve observability, debugging, and performance of AI systems
- Collaborate with business teams to turn ambiguous problems into practical AI solutions




- Enable non-technical users to effectively adopt AI-powered workflows

Required Skills & Experience

- Strong programming experience in Python and/or TypeScript
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, AI tooling, and prompt engineering
- Experience integrating AI systems with APIs such as Snowflake, Slack, and Google Drive
- Knowledge of AI orchestration, agents, and workflow automation
- Experience in AI testing, evaluation frameworks, regression testing, and guardrails
- Familiarity with:
- Function Calling
- Structured Outputs
- Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
- Prompt/Version Management

- Positive understanding of system design, debugging, monitoring, and observability
- Experience with AI development workflows and CI/CD practices
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience building production-grade AI applications
- Exposure to finance/accounting workflow automation using AI
- Ability to design AI solutions for non-technical stakeholders
- Experience working in fast-paced and evolving AI environments
