Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive digital strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency, customer experience, and revenue through technology.
- Lead cross-functional teams to implement digital initiatives, including automation, analytics, cloud solutions, and AI/ML applications.
- Drive process redesign to leverage digital tools and capabilities.
- Monitor and measure the impact of digital initiatives through KPIs and dashboards.
- Build organizational capabilities by training and mentoring teams in digital tools and practices.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to inform strategic decisions.
- Collaborate with external vendors, technology partners,



and consultants to implement digital solutions.
- Serve as a change agent to foster a culture of innovation and agility across the organization.

Competencies:

- Strong understanding of cloud computing, automation, AI/ML, data analytics, and ERP systems.
- Proven track record of leading mid to large-scale digital projects from concept to execution.
- Excellent stakeholder management and change leadership skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, capable of influencing senior leadership.

Qualification: Bachelors or Masters degree in IT/CSE

Nature of Experience:

- 8 to 12 years of experience in leading IT applications and projects, digital transformation, technology strategy, or business process improvement for manufacturing / pharmaceuticals / chemical industry working with IT or Consulting organizations.
