Role: - Senior Technical Project Manager
Position Type: Full-Time Contract (40hrs/week)
Contract Duration: 6+ months
Work Schedule: 8 hours/day (Mon-Fri)
Location: Hybrid 2x days onsite (Wed/Thur) - Hyderabad, India

The candidate should have a passion for delivering quality products and is an expert in software testing, automation frameworks, release processes, and software/database development.

Job Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end execution of large-scale technical programs across multiple teams and geographies Partner closely with Engineering, Product, Architecture, and Business stakeholders to define program scope, milestones, and success metrics
Drive delivery of data platform, cloud, and customer-facing technology initiatives Manage program timelines, dependencies, risks, and mitigation plans to ensure on-time and high-quality delivery
Facilitate clear communication and executive reporting on program status, risks, and outcomes Improve operational efficiency by implementing best practices for program governance, Agile execution, and delivery tracking Coordinate vendor and partner engagements where applicable





Required Qualifications

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
- 8+ years of experience in Technical Program Management or similar roles Proven track record of delivering complex, distributed systems or data-driven platforms at scale
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS), APIs, microservices, and data engineering concepts
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and leading cross-functional teams
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including executive-level reporting
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity and drive decisions

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in financial services, credit bureaus, fintech, or data/analytics-driven companies Experience managing global teams and offshore/onshore delivery models Certifications such as PMP, Scrum, or Protected
