Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, you will engage in the development of custom software solutions that are designed to meet specific business needs. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, code, and enhance various components across systems or applications. You will utilize modern frameworks and agile methodologies to ensure the delivery of scalable and high-performing solutions, while also addressing any challenges that arise during the development process. Your role will require a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to continuous improvement in software development practices.
Roles Responsibilities:
- Should support operations and client communications.
- Good knowledge in the functionality of ITIL process which includes Change management, Incident management, Problem management and Release management.
- Should be proactive in communicating issues and blockers.
- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Continuously evaluate and improve development processes to increase efficiency.
Professional Technical Skills:
- Should have good communication skills.
- Should have good attitude towards work.
- Should be adaptable on timings.
- Should have 6+ years experience in design and development of .NET application and SQL Server.
- Should have experience in Operations Support.
- Should have strong debugging and problem-solving skills with excellent understanding of system development methodologies, techniques, and tools.
Must To Have Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft ASP.NET.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with modern web frameworks such as Angular or React.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle methodologies.
- Experience with database management systems and SQL.
- Familiarity with cloud services and deployment strategies.
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft ASP.NET.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
